A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING AN OFF -SITE PARKING
AGREEMENT WITH PACESETTER HOMES, INC. FOR OFF
STREET PARKING SPACES IN C014JUNCTION WITH THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A THREE -STORY OFFICE BUILDING
• LOCATED AT 4000 CAMPUS DRIVE, NEWPORT BEACH
(RESUBDIVISION NO. 679)
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain Off -Site Parking Agreement
between the City of Newport Beach and Pacesetter Homes, Inc., in
connection with Resubdivision No. 679 /Modification No. 2711 -
Revised /Traffic Study; and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms and
conditions of said Off -Site Parking Agreement and finds them to
be satisfactory, and that it would be in the best interests of
the City of Newport Beach to execute said Off -Site Parking
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the Off -Site Parking Agreement
above- described is approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
the City of Newport Beach.
