• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF LOT R
AND A PORTION OF LOT S AS SET FORTH IN TRACT MAP FOR
TRACT NO. 15012 AND RECORDED IN BOOK 734 PAGES 13 -21
OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS IN THE OFFICE OF THE ORANGE
COUNTY RECORDER.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach approved Tract No. 15012 on April 8,
1996, which established Lots R and S as bluff top trail and passive park parcels; and
and
WHEREAS, bluff top trail and passive park improvements have been completed;
WHEREAS, the dedication of the bluff top trail and passive park parcels must be
accepted by the City of Newport Beach before it can be opened to the general public; and
•WHEREAS, the bluff top trail and passive park parcel are legally described as
Lots R and a portion of Lot S of Tract No. 15012; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach that the dedication of the Park Parcel is hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to execute the
Resolution of Acceptance, to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of
Orange.
ADOPTED this 27t1i day of July '1998.
