Unable to make the meeting tonight on 106 6 th st and 524 w. Oceanfront lot merger. Attached picture of right
angle turn on alley that this property is located. Have no problem with lot merger if the set backs are not
waived. This is a dangerous situation and the lot merger and set backs would help migrate the problem. The
owner of the end house ( 521 Balboa) recently moved the white pole out farther to 16 1/2 inches making it even
more difficult to turn. Can the homeowner create a dangerous situation?
