A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH RESCINDING RESOLUTION 99-4 ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF
BAYVIEW LANDING PARCEL A AND PARCEL B OF PARCEL MAP 95 -137
(RESUBDIVISION NO. 1041) AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE
ORANGE COUNTY RECORDER.
WHEREAS, by adopting Resolution 99 -4, the City Council initiated the
acceptance of the dedication of the Bayview Landing park parcels on the 25th
day of January, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the transfer and dedication of
the park property has since been completed through a subsequent Offer of
Dedication, executed April 2006, between The City of Newport Beach and The
Irvine Company superseding the 1999 Resolution, making its rescission
necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, that:
Resolution No. 99-4, accepting the dedication of Bayview Landing Parcels A & B
is hereby rescinded.
ADOPTED this 25th day of July 2006.

resolution, being Resolution No. 2006 -73 was duly and regularly introduced before and adopted by
the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the
25th day of July 2006, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote, to wit:
Ayes: Curry, Selich, Rosansky, Ridgeway, Daigle, Nichols, Mayor Webb

Absent: None
Abstain: None
