A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84-
100 TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF PARKING
METER SERVICEMAN I
9 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
adopted Resolution No. 84 -100 which established Uniform Personnel
Policies for City employees; and
WHEREAS, Section 2.28.010 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code provides, among other things for the establishment
of positions in City Employment; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended to the City
Council the addition of one parking meter serviceman.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the following position be adopted:
Parking Meter Serviceman I
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 84 -100 be
amended to reflect said addition.
ADOPTED this 13 day of November 1984.
