A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING ANNUAL LICENSE
FEES FOR PAWN BROKERS AND SECOND HAND DEALERS
• WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -28 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on June 22, 1987; and
•
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -28 stated that annual
license fees for pawn brokers and second hand dealers shall be
established by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
annual license fees for pawn brokers and second hand dealers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established:
Annual license fee for pawn
broker and second hand dealer: $115.00
Annual license fee incidental
to another business: $ 20.00
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
