A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING BUSINESS LICENSE
FEES FOR THE MERRY -GO -ROUND
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -21 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -21 stated that the merry -
go -round fees shall be established by Resolution of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
merry -go -round fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established as the fees to be
charged for merry -go -round or similar devices: $75.00 per year
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
