A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ESTABLIISHING A LICENSE FEE FOR RETAIL SALE OF
CONCEALABLE FIREARMS PURSUANT TO NEWPORT BEACH
MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 5.80.040.
• WHEREAS, Section 5.80.040 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code provides that a license fee for retail sale of concealable
firearms shall be established by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the fees set forth hereinafter represent the
administrative cost of issuing the license for retail sale of
concealable firearms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach as follows:
Fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) is hereby
established as the license fee for retail sale of concealable
firearms.
