A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE
MUNICIPAL ELECTION CONSOLIDATED WITH THE STATE-
WIDE ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 8, 1988.
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does resolve
as follows:
Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find,
determine and declare as follows:
A. That pursuant to applicable law, a Municipal
election was held and conducted in conjunction with the State -wide
election held on the 8th day of November, 1988; and
B. That said election was held and conducted in
conformity with all applicable provisions of law; and
C. That said election was held for the purpose of
submitting to the voters of said City the following:
