A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH MODIFYING FILING, APPEALS AND OTHER
FEES RELATING TO ZONING ACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH
TITLE 20 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE, TO
BECOME EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1989 AND RESCINDING
• RESOLUTION NO. 88 -46.
WHEREAS, Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
provides for establishing of filing, appeals and other fees relating to
zoning actions by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the recommended fees
and finds them to be fair, equitable and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach that the following Schedule of Fees for filing,
appeals and other fees relating to zoning actions in connection with
Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the aforementioned Schedule of
Fees shall become effective as of July 1, 1989.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council may, at its
discretion, waive all or a portion of the Planning Department
development fees set forth in this resolution for projects with low and
moderate income housing.
ADOPTED this 26th day of June, 1989.
