A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ESTABLISHING A KENNEL LICENSE FEE
PURSUANT TO SECTION 7.04.090 OF THE
NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, Section 7.04.090 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
• provides that by resolution, the City Council shall establish a fee
for the operation of a dog kennel as defined in that Section.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach as follows:
1. An annual fee of twenty -five dollars ($25.00) is
established as the fee to be charged for the owning or operation of
a dog kennel.
ADOPTED this 23rd day of April , 1990.
