A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88 -106 ADDING A
HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION REPRESENTATIVE TO THE AVIATION
• COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach adopted Resolution
No. 88 -106 regarding the establishment, duties, and composition of the Aviation
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend that Resolution to provide for
additional representation from homeowners' association.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does hereby amend portions of Resolution No. 88 -106 to read as
follows:
"4. Five (5) residents of the City of Newport Beach each representing a
homeowners' association; and
5. Alternates for the five (5) citizens representing the homeowners' association."
ADOPTED this 2= date of Ju y 1994.
