A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH LIMITING THE PARKING OF
VEHICLES ON OLD FORD ROAD TO TWO HOURS
BETWEEN 8:00 A.M. AND 6:00 P.M.
WHEREAS, Section 12.44.010 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
provides, among other things, that when authorized signs are in place giving notice
thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle between the hours of 8 :00 a.m. to
6:00 p.m. of any day for a period of time longer than two hours, upon such streets or
portions thereof as the City Council shall designate by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to limit the parking of vehicles as follows:
1. South side of Old Ford Road — from Mesa View Drive to a
point 300 feet easterly.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach that the parking of vehicles between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
shall be limited to two (2) hours on the street herein designated.
