• NB &C compensated $150,000 /year
• 2 -year term with two, 1 -year renewal options
• New programming to comply with NBTV
Guidelines
• City retains ownership of edit bay & field
equipment
• NB & Co. will provide annual report to City
• City will own video, NB & Co. has permission to
use it
