Background
o Arts Master Plan addressed in late 1990s;
Council Policy 1 -9, "Art in Public Places"
amended in 1998.
o Council Policy 1 -13, "Public Arts and
Cultural Facilities Fund" from March 2013
identifies 2% of Developer Fees for arts
infrastructure.
o Potential for $150,000 a year in arts and
cultural funds from Tourism Business
Improvement District JBID).
