Thursday, March 28th and Saturday, March
30th
Survey Parameters:
Vehicle counts to be taken at 8 am, 10 am,
noon, 2 pm,
4 pm, 6 pm
and 8 pm.
Reflective of
the
RPPP to
be affective
from 4 pm
to 9 am.
Duration survey— length of time vehicles are
parked by monitoring license plate digits.
Windshield Survey — Pre - addressed post cards
to be conducted in residential area to determine
purpose of travel and destination.
