Page 2, line 3: "Chair Henn closed the Public Comment on the Non - Agenda Items
portion of the meeting."
2. Page 2, Item 111.1, paragraph 4: "Howard Hall noted that extending the bicycle and
pedestrian trail down to the wedge Wedge would continue the bicycle and pedestrian
traffic toward the wedge Wedge without funneling them into the street and causing more
congestion."
3. Page 2, Item 111.2, paragraph 2: "Areas that need improvement, as included in the
discussion, were planters around the #arbex Side Harborside Restaurant, ... a cleaner
fun gene Fun Zone needs to be a goal as well."
4. Page 3, paragraph 1: "Mr. Kiff will build a budget to the extent possible that goes beyond
what was already approved, examining what needs above routine maintenance and
what the costs would be."
5. Page 6, last line before "IV. Public Comment ": "Action: The committee provided the
above direction on the elements of the program." [ ?]
This is a peculiar statement in that as written it implies the committee provided
additional direction to staff beyond that which can be gleaned from the preceding
discussion. If it did, it would seem important to record what that direction was. If no
additional direction was given, it would seem wise to delete this line or rephrase it as
indicated.
