15301, of the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) Guidelines - Class 3. (Existing Facilities).
The proposed project involves the minor alteration
of an existing structure. The additional area
associated with the outdoor dining patio consists
of 990 square feet, which is well within the
thresholds identified in CEQA Guidelines Section
15301.
