ITEM NO. 1.
SUBJECT: Kavianian Residence (Andrew Goetz, Applicant)
2720 Bayview Drive
SUMMARY: Request to approve a variance for the construction of a new single family
residence which exceeds the allowable 1.5 times the buildable area of the
site. The application also includes a modification to the Zoning Code to
permit the structure to encroach 16 feet into the 20 foot front yard setback
along Bayview Drive, and 7 feet into the 10 foot rear yard setback.

ITEM NO. 2.
SUBJECT: Amendments to the Zoning Code
SUMMARY: A resolution of intent to revise: Title 20 of the Municipal Code to make
several revisions the Zoning Code. These revisions relate to the definition
of terms, terms and cross - references in the land use regulations schedules,
establishing waterfront rear yard setbacks, regulations on bay and
greenhouse windows, the extension of garages into required yards, the
parking of vehicles in required yards, signs in residential districts, and the
authority of the Planning Director to approve alcoholic beverage outlets
and massage establishments.
ACTION: Hold hearing; adopt resolution of intent to revise Title 20 of the Municipal
Code.
ITEM NO. 3.
SUBJECT: Story Pole Procedures
SUMMARY: Review of proposed procedures requiring the erection of story poles as a part
of development applications.
ACTION: Review proposed procedures; adopt resolution of establishing story pole
