Dear Mayor O'Neil,
I regret to inform you that I must resign from the Newport Beach Arts Commission. I
have enjoyed 6 years of community service supporting and advocating the arts for the
citizens of Newport Beach.
The Arts Commission is composed of a group of dedicated well educated community
members who understand the value and need of the arts to balance all our lives. They
donate many hours for the betterment of Newport Beach and they need to be respected
and appreciated for their efforts.
I hope the city council will always promote and support the arts as a vital element of an
enlightened, prosperous and beautiful city.
s ectfully,
Pat Brubaker
