Harkless, City Clerk SUBJECT: UNSCHEDULED VACANCY ON THE PARKS, BEACHES AND RECREATION COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION Appoint one of the two nominees to fill the vacancy on the Parks, Beaches and Recreation Commission, which was created as a result of the resignation of Robin Sinclair. Pursuant to action taken by the City Council on January 25, 2000, the successful applicant will be appointed to fill Ms. Sinclair's unexpired term, plus one full term (term expiring on June 30, 2004). BACKGROUND On April 11, 2000 the Council confirmed the nominations of Debra Allen and Roy Englebrecht to the Parks, Beaches and Recreation Commission. LaVonne M.
