CALL TO ORDER—The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m. Staff Present: Brenda Wisneski, Zoning Administrator Debbie Drasler, Contract Planner B. MINUTES of October 16, 2014 Action: Approved C. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS ITEM NO. 1 Acacia Tentative Parcel Map (PA2014-130) 600 and 600 '/2 Acacia Avenue CD 6 The Zoning Administrator opened the public hearing and noted that this item was withdrawn by the applicant. Seeing that no one from the public wished to comment, the public hearing was closed. Action: No action required. ITEM NO. 2 312 Dahlia Place Tentative Parcel Map (PA2014-104) 312 Dahlia Place CD 6 Debbie Drasler, Contract Planner, provided a brief project description stating that the applicant proposes a tentative parcel map for two-unit condominium purposes. No waiver of Title 19 (Subdivisions) development standards are proposed with this application. An existing triplex will be demolished and replaced with a new duplex. The Tentative Parcel Map would allow each unit to be sold individually. Applicant Sheila Kaviani stated that she had reviewed the draft resolution and the required conditions. One member of the public spoke and asked what the purpose was of a tentative parcel map. Seeing no other comments, Zoning Administrator Wisneski closed the public hearing. The Zoning Administrator then moved to approve the project. Action: Approved D. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS None. E.
