Home My WebLink About21 - EQAC Attendance ReportREPORT TO THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL SUBJECT: Environmental Quality Affairs Committee Attendance Report SUGGESTED ACTION: Receive and File The City Council Resolution establishing the Environmental Quality Affairs Committee (EQAC) provides that, if a member is absent from three consecutive meetings, this fact should be reported to the Mayor so that replacement of the appointee may be considered. Due to the Council's amendment to that Resolution with regard to Committee appointments on October 24, and due to the election of three new Council Members, EQAC appointments will be made in the near future. EQAC received the attached attendance report at its meeting of November 20, and intends to consider attendance in the nominations to be made by the Committee. EQAC also requested that the report be forwarded to the City Council. SHARON Z.
