It is my understanding that Mr. Drucker. has the upland property at 120 Via Lido Nord in escrow and a condition of that escrow is that he may modify the pier facility to accommodate a larger ;w boat. I have received a pier permit application from Mr. Drucker; and after reviewing the plans, I have concluded that the modifi- cation to the pier facility meets all City requirements.
