Dear Mr. Rosenberg:
The City of Newport Beach has received a complaint regarding the
use of your residential float bayward of the above address.
Specifically the complaint is that vessels are being berthed at
your float in violation of Section 21 A of the Harbor Permit
Policies, which states;
21.A "Boats moored at private or public docks shall not
extend beyond the projection of the property lines of the property
wo which the dock facility is connected....
To preclude further action by the Marine Department the vessel
currently encroaching across the property line between 520 and 524
vias LIdo Nord must be relocated. If you have questions pleae
call me at 644-3044.
