If, at a later date, this information is found to be incorrect or the plans revised, this decision will become invalid; and, any development occurring must cease until a coastal development permit is obtained or any discrepancy is resolved in writing. However, in this particular location, the policies are specific, wherein they state tht if the maintenance work is going to be in excess of 50% of the value of the property it will require a new, Revision Permit. I am sorry I led you astray in getting the signatures, but this will have to be done as a Revision Permit. It will not require City Council action, but it will have to be done as a revision.
