Need to adopt by September 30th • West Newport Area Overlay to allow additional height for residential structures in conjunction with improved site design • Code clean ups - such as: • Reinstatement of the prohibition of residential condominiums on Balboa Island • Clarifying language regarding Residential Building Records • Nonconforming Structures- Amount of Addition allowed and Process Community Development [30]
