The City of Newport Beach has received an application to transfer
pier permit # 197-2274 for the property located at 2274 Channel Road,
Newport Beach, California.
The structure was inspected on 4/29/87 at which time it was determined
that the following deficiencies exist:

An electrical outlet should be located on dock, near beginning
of ramp.
We will transfer the pier permit as soon as we receive the signed
transfer card and the transfer fee of $230.00
In accordance with Section 10-D of the City Harbor Permit Policies:
"All structural deficiencies must be corrected......", it will be
necessary for these to be corrected. A permit for any electrical or
plumbing work must be obtained from the Building Department of the City.
All other work requires a Harbor Permit.
Please advise this department'when the above deficiencies have been
corrected.
