Dear Sirs:
I am in the midst of cleaning up some files and trying to complete transfers and
request your help. I have enclosed copies of correspondence enclosed for the
following address:
514 So. Bay Front, Balboa Island, Escrow #CO -14346 -EG
Need the balance of $213.50 for the transfer fee.
Would you please look into these as soon as possible and either send what is
needed or call me at 949-644-3034. Thanks in advance for your help.

Dear Sirs:
The above dock was inspected by The Harbor Resources Division of the City of
Newport Beach inspected the dock at the property mentioned above on March 3, 2003.
We cannot transfer the pierpermit until the following deficiency has/have been
corrected and we have been notified and reinspected the property:
1. It needs GFI, ground fault interrupter on the electrical line to the dock.
2. It needs an anti -siphon device installed (diagram attached).
The Newport Beach City Council Harbor Permit Policies state:
1 O.D. "At the time of transfer, all harbor structures shall be inspected for
compliance with the City's minimum plumbing, electrical and structural
requirements, and the conditions of the existing permit. All structural deficiencies
must be corrected prior to transfer of the permit."
Please call 644-3034 to request reinspection. Once the property has passed
reinspection and we receive the balance of the fee in the amount of $213.50 (total is
$385, only received $171.50) the dock will be transferred.
