Bay Front Escrow # 304 -20752 -JM Dear Sirs: The dock was inspected by the Harbor Resources Division of the City of Newport Beach at the property mentioned above. We cannot transfer the pier permit until the following deficiencies have been corrected and the property has been re- inspected: 1. A GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter) is required on the electrical line to the plug-in outlet on the dock. The Newport Beach City Council Harbor Permit Policies state: 1 O.D. "At the time of transfer, all harbor structures shall be inspected for compliance with the City's minimum plumbing, electrical and structural requirements, and the conditions of the existing permit. All structural deficiencies must be corrected prior to transfer of the permit." Please call me at 718-1844 to request a reinspection once these issues have been remedied. Once the property has passed reinspection and the application is signed by all parties, the dock will be transferred.
