According to Harbor Permit Policies, H-1, 11C, ^"Maintenance dredging bayward of residential and commercial properties is the responsibilities of the harbor permittee for the zone delineated by the bayward prolongation of the side property lines, out to the U.S. Project Line". Therefore, in your case the majority of area in that small channel is the responsibility of the adjacent harbor permittees. Based upon the above, the City is not proposing to spend any public funds to dredge in this area. If you have any further questions please contact me at 949-644-3041.
