Sirs:
The City of Newport Beach Fire and Marine Department has received a
request to transfer Pier Permit 33232061 for the above-mentioned
property. The facility was inspected on July 27, 1998.
We cannot transfer the pier permit until the following deficiency
has/have been corrected and we have been notified of the corrections:
1. Replace all broken deck boards.
2. Reinforce the handrail.
The Newport Beach City Council Harbor Permit Policies state:
1O.D. "At the time of transfer, all harbor structures shall be inspected
For compliance with the City's minimum plumbing, electrical, and
Structural requirements and the conditions of the existing permit.
All deficiencies must be corrected prior to transfer of the permit."
Please advice this department when the above deficiencies has/ have
been corrected. Call 714-644-3043 to request a re -inspection.
