We cannot transfer the pier permit until the following deficiencies have been corrected and the property has been re -inspected: 1. It needs an new anti -siphon device installed. The Newport Beach City Council Harbor Permit Policies state: 10.D. "At the time of transfer, all harbor structures shall be inspected for compliance with the City's minimum plumbing, electrical and structural requirements, and the conditions of the existing permit. All structural deficiencies must be corrected prior to transfer of the permit." Please call 644-3034 to request a reinspection.
