Olt
Pier Permit # 340-4001 for 4001 Marcus Avenue, Newport
Beach is registered to Mr. Charles L. Miller.
The annual pier registration billing was returned to
our office. Upon checking the tax assessor's files,
we find this property lists yourself as the current
owner.
If this is correct, we will need a harbor permit trans-
fer application 'and corresponding fee as required by
City Ordinance 17.24.030.
At your earliest convenience, please advise this office
if you have acquired this property so that we may make
the necessary administrative transfer.
Sincerely,
D. Harshbarger, Captain
