Bay Avenuei Newport Beach5 CA. - The present Mr. Titus feeLs that he can presure us into paying aLL costs to make the changes he wantsi by not signing a reLease to aLLow us to do the work we must do. The attached Letters wiLL attest to the fact that we buiLt the structuresi paid for them and own themi and that aLL of it was agreed to by Mr. Titus Sr. prior to construction in September of 1937. PLease note that before the construction or License to use the faciLity —buiLt on our property was given to the Titus famiLY5 Mr. Bent checked with Mr. Patterson at City HaLL to make sure that we wouLd not have to move the structure on our property in the event the Titus famiLy soLd or the property changed titLe.
