buyer. This process should be completed within 30 days from the close of
escrow. Sometimes the seller and/or the buyer are unaware of this requirement.
However once notified, compliance is required within a reasonable time to avoid
an administrative citation and or penalties to the normal transfer fee. Failure to
transfer within 30 days of notification will result in an additional charge of
$70.00 per month. ,

The City of Newport Beach Pier, Permit for the pier and dock at 1340 West Bay
Avenue, Newport Beach is in the name of Clarence Rubbert. In checking the
