First of all, I have no intentions of purposely creating a nuisance in my neighborhood by working on the boat "Capaz" moored in front of my house. Your letter stated that extensive repairs and noise distrubances were occurring, at this time, on a regular basis. This is not true. There hasn't been hardly anybody on the boat over the past two montbs,February and March, 1986, especially workers, and unless the person complaining comes forth with their names and the specific cause for this complaint, such as date, time and type of activity creating the nuisance, I regard this complaint as a crank complaint without grounds and it should be disregarded and dropped by your department.
