Business #6003687, Commercial file CP12433361, under Etebar, Afshin, 3336 Via Lido is now split into 4
lots and is no longer a commercial permit. There are 4 properties with 2 shared docks. Please cancel
the commercial billing and wait to rebill under residential piers until we get this straightened out and get
all the piers transferred into the new owner's names and their billing addresses. I will alert them that
they owe the fee for the year, due now.
Our residential pier permit numbers will be:
RP12433361 (at 3336 Via Lido) and RP1.2433362 (at 3340 Via Lido), #6003687.
And RP12433441 (at 3344 Via Lido) and RP12433442 (at 3348 Via Lido), ?

Our records show that the property at 3336 Via Lido (including 3336, 3340, 3344
and 3348) is a commercial property with one permit. When it sold to four
separate properties with 2 shared piers, the seller should have requested that the
piers become residential and ordered pier permit transfers and inspections.
3336 and 3340 share a pier that needs to be transferred into their names. 3344
and 3348 share a pier that needs to be transferred into their names. Each pier
will be charged $397.00 for the transfer, $198.50 from each property owner. We
will waive the $76.00 late fee.
Each address will also be responsible for Y2 of the yearly residential pier permit
fee. You will be billed for this year's fee, $87.00 or $43.50 per address, once the
piers are transferred.
