If, at a later date, this information is found to be incorrect or the plans revised, this decision will become invalid; and, any development occurring must cease until a coastal development permit is obtained or any discrepancy is resolved in writing. RATIONALE: The proposed lobe area will not require additional pilings beyond the number necessary to support the dock without the lobe area. No eelgrass is present in the project vicinity. In addition, the proposed development will not adversely impact coastal resources, public access, or public recreation opportunities, and is consistent with past Commission actions in the area and Chapter Three policies of the Coastal Act. This waiver will not become effective until reported to the Commission at their August 10-13, 1999 meeting and the site of the proposed development has been appropriately noticed, pursuant to 13054(b) of the California Code of Regulations. The enclosed Notice Card shall remain posted at the site until the waiver has been validated and no less than seven days prior to the Commission hearing. On. August 28, 1978, I verified the situation in the field and the float did in fact appear to be in violation of the five foot mini- mum setback at the property line between lot 66 and 67. During my inspection, I spoke with workmen on your float who indicated they were in the process of relocating the float so it would comply with the above quoted section. If this is the case, there should be no further problem in this regard. There was, however, an additional problem noted during my inspection. The existing ramp and -float do not conform to your permit drawing in our files (see attached copy). It will, therefore, be necessary for you to submit a new drawing that accurately illustrates the new existing float and ramp.
