The structure was inspected on 8/22/84 at which time it was determined that the following deficiencies exist: 1. The dock ramp,including the electrical and water service to the dock are in such disrepair that a serious safety hazard exists. This condition is a violation of the City's Harbor Permit Policies 2. which state: "The permittee shall keep the structures in good repair at all times. Failure to repair, when written notice has been given by the Marine Department, shall be cause for 3. revocation of the permit." A drawing of the existing pier and slip are needed to upgrade 4. our files- Enclosed is a copy of the format for the drawing and a blank form. M In accordance with Section 10-D of the City Harbor Permit Policies: "All structural deficiencies must be corrected......", it will be necessary for these to be corrected. A permit for any electrical or plumbing work must be obtained from the Building Department of the City. All other work requires a Harbor Permit.
