If the new owner desires a copy of the drawing of.the facility, he may purchase one from the Tidelands Administrator for $1.00. 3— #39 Linda Isle: Our records show that the current permittee for the pier and float at this address is Howard Mollring. Apparently the permit was never transferred from Mr. Mollring to the current owners of the property. A'City-approved anti -syphon (_backflow prevention) device -i's required at the water connection to the float. 2. The Electrical conduit under the pier is broken and must be repaired. 3• Although you sent us a check for $35 for the annual pier permit, the fee was due March 1, 1985. It was delinquent at the time of your check 4• and the fee now owed is $70.00. 5• The fee for transferring the pier permit is $230.00. Section 10.D. of the City Harbor Permit Policies states-: "At the time of transfer all harbor structures -shall be inspected for compliance with the City's minimum plumbing, electrical and structural requirements, and the conditions of the existing permit. All structural deficiencies must be corrected prior.to.transfer of the permi't." All the above deficiencies, except those noted as "Informational" must be corrected before the pier permit is transferred. Electrical or plumbing work require a permit from the City Building Department. All other work requires a permit from the Marine Department. - Please advise this department when the above deficiencies have been corrected.
