PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT A SPECIAL MEETING of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach has been called
for and will be held on Tuesday the 10* day of March, 2015, at the hour of 4:30 p.m. for a joint Meeting with
the Finance Committee to discuss the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). The meeting will be held in the City
Council Chambers, located at 100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach, California.
The business to be transacted at said meeting is as follows:
1. Capital Improvement Plan (CIP )Early Look and Project Prioritization
This item is a chance for the Council and the Committee to offer their thoughts on staffs suggested funding
priorities for various capital programs, including streets, sidewalks, storm d ms, water and wastewater systems,
facility improvements and more (often referred to as the Ca ita} Improveme t rogram or CIP).
