This road provides access and circulation from all direc- tions, equalizing the dis- tance as nearly as possible from the parking area to the buildings. "Fashion Island" is located centrally in Newport Center serving as a magnate drawing shoppers through the adjacent areas of commercial develop- ment. Access roads divide Newport Center into five major seg- ments. The roads serve these segments as well as the Regional Shopping Center.
