Bidding Process
(> Sixteen Trade Packages have been prepared and will be bid according to the
City's public contracting code.
<> City Council will award contracts for each trade to the lowest responsible
bidders.
c> Barnhart, Inc. will administer these contracts on behalf of City, utilizing on-
site Superintendent and Project Manager.
