Discussion • Staff received an inquiry from Ms. Anne Cusic regarding a proposed bench donation at Ocean Boulevard and Marguerite Avenue and a drinking fountain donation at the view area above Little Corona State Beach at the corner of Ocean Boulevard and Poppy Avenue. The donor submitted a letter dated December 15, 2002 requesting the approval of one bench donation and one drinking fountain donation (Attachment). The bench will be the "Huntington Beach" model that was selected from the Official Bench List. The new drinking fountain would replace the existing fountain that is deteriorating at this location. A picture of the proposed drinking fountain with the per fountain feature is attached. The plaque verbiage for the bench donation will read "Donated for Howard Cusic". The plaque verbiage for the drinking fountain will read "He Prayeth well who loveth well both man and bird and beast." The verbiage on both plaques conforms to City Council Policy G -5 (Attachment). Ms. Cusic and the Corona del Mar Residents Association have received a copy of this report and a notice of the Commission meeting. Very respectfully, • David E.
