Speakers are limited to three minutes. NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC All matters listed under Consent Calendar 1- 6 are considered by the Commission to be routine and will all be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. The Commission Members have received detailed staff reports on each of the items recommending approval and there will be no separate discussion of these items prior to the time the Commission votes on the motion unless members of the Commission, staff, or the public request a specific item to be discussed and /or removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action. The City provides a yellow sign -in card for those wishing to address the Commission to assist in the preparation of the minutes. If you do fill out the card please place it in the box at the table. Reforestation t NEW BUSINESS 7. Tree Removal - 91 This committee is subject to the Ralph M. Brown Act. Among other things, the Brown Act requires that the Commission's agenda be posted at least 72 hours in advance of each meeting and that the public be allowed to comment on agenda items before the Commission and items not on the agenda but are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission. The Commission may limit public comments to a reasonable amount of time, generally either three (3) or Sve (5) minutes per person. It is the intention of the City of Newport Beach to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in all respects. IC as an attendee or a participant at this meeting, you will need special assistance beyond what is normally provided, the City of Newport Beach will attempt to accommodate you in every reasonable manner.
