The City Council directed Hoag to submit additional information and then continued the public hearing to June 22, 2010. On June 22, 2010, the public hearing was continued again to this meeting due to unresolved issues regarding noise mitigation at the loading dock and cogeneration plant plume reduction. RECOMMENDATION Continue this item to August 10, 2010. DISCUSSION Staff has been diligently working with Hoag to resolve the two outstanding issues noted above. Hoag needs additional time to finish their concept plan to implement noise mitigation at the loading dock and to finalize the information outlining what steps Hoag took to reduce the water vapor plume at the cogeneration plant as required pursuant to the Development Agreement.
