PURPOSE
2006 General Plan included policies for infill development in Airport Area
• Promotes introduction of residential and mixed -uses and recognized area as
"urban in character" and provides for increased economic vitality in the airport
area.
• Allows for the development of cohesive residential villages that are integrated
with business park uses
• Requires a "conceptual development plan" to introduce residential
• Plan shall demonstrate compatible and cohesive integration of new housing,
open spaces, recreational amenities, pedestrian and vehicular connections

OVERVIEW
■ Koll and Conexant have worked together to insure cohesive integration
of residential into existing development
■ Existing amenities contribute to a "neighborhood in a community"
■ Recreational amenities are linked to residential and offices
■ Circulation is enhanced and pedestrian connectivity is created
■ Koll and Conexant are using a common landscape architect to insure
cohesion between the two ownerships
