RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Budget Amendment to increase revenue estimates by $36,239.00 in Account No. 4090 -5893 (Library Foundation /NBPLF) and increase expenditure estimates by the same amount in Division 4090 (Foundation) - 8260 (Library Materials). DISCUSSION: The Newport Beach Public Library Foundation (NBPLF) has presented the Library with a check representing the current balances in donor - restricted funds received by the NBPLF.
