Includes City Manager (non- voting)
Library Director (voting)
7- member Executive Board
Funding:
Visit NS receives 18% of TOT and VSF (generally)

T -BID is separate - receives direct $$ from
additional room tax of T -BID members.

Either party can terminate after 365 days' notice.

Increase City's role on Executive Committee.

Address issues raised in Compliance Review, i.e.:
Include Exec Board appointment
Require adoption of policies on RFPs, Travel/ Entertainment,
etc.
Review with City increases in budget for fixed op costs.
Include additional City management concerns:
Clarify City's compliance review /audit abilities.
Clarify City's role in reviewing /approving Marketing Plan and
Budget.
Set forth insurance minimums.
VNSto develop and report Performance Standards annually.
Consider extension to June 30, 2016.
